Sokhna beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Sokhna is a miles-long beach resort destination located on the northwest coast of Red Sea in Egypt. Hotels are changed by a lifeless desert. So the quality of your vacation totally depends on the hotel you choose. The coastline is rather depressing, while entry into the water is mostly rocky. However, there is one killer feature of this spot. It is relatively not far from Cairo. So the tours to Pyramids of Giza won't be so hard, as from Hurghada. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
