Al Dar island

Al Dar Island is a paradise islet near the east coast of Bahrain. The beach is beautiful and comfortable. However, there are almost no trees. So this is not a real tropical paradise. Shuttle boat from the main island of Bahrain is operating every 30 minutes. Ticket for a day visit is US$21 per adult, US$13 per child below 15 years old, free for infants under 5 years old. In addition you'll have to pay extra for almost everything, - even for sunbed's mattress. The bar is expensive and not delicious. Please note, that it's impossible to bring your own food and drinks, since they check the bags. In general, this is a very overpriced spot.
