Al Mamzar beach

Al Mamzar is a public beach in the north of Dubai. Entrance fee is very cheap by Dubai standards. Surprise, but this is the best beach in town. In fact, there are six separate beaches. So it makes sense to walk around to understand, what spot is the best for you. There is a large parking lot, as well as many places for picnic. So this is a great place both for a pure beach holiday, as well as just for pleasant walk. There are a lot of beautiful palms, thus being quite unusual for the Middle East. Hotels [edit]

There are just a few hotels right near the beach of Al Mamzar. However, this is quite a budget district called Deira being popular among poor tourists. Rooms' fares starts from as low as US$70 per night. While taxi to the beach won't be expensive, since the distance is very short.

Fly to Dubai international airport (DXB) or fly to Dubai Al Maktoum international airport (DWC). Next get to your hotel by taxi.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in UAE is spring and autumn (including December). It is too hot in summer, while sea water is too cold in winter (in January & February).
