Al Marjan beach

Al Marjan Island is a popular beach resort destination in the southern suburbs of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In fact, it is a huge artificial island. However, it's impossible to feel like you are on an island, - since it is too big. Moreover, it is not really an island. All the beaches are very good, but somewhat lifeless. There are many luxury beachfront hotels on the island - including Hilton, Rixos and Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. The place is still developing with new hotels being opening sometimes. So occasional interesting options with good discounts may appear in the future. Rooms' fares starts from US$200 per night in upscale resorts. In addition, there are many private apartments from US$90 per night. It may be very useful, if you are traveling with a large family.

Fly to Dubai international airport (DXB) or fly to Sharjah international airport (SHJ). Next get to your hotel by taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in Al Marjan is a summer half of the year, when sea water is warm enough.
