Anse Carana beach

Anse Carana is a mediocre beach in the north of Mahe island in Seychelles. In general, this is a usual Seychelles beach with huge rocks, but it's not very comfortable for swimming. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Carana Beach Hotel is closed for renovation at the time of writing this article, but it should be opened soon. There are a few hotels nearby, but they are overpriced and don't have a good beach.

Fly to Mahe International Airport (SEZ). Next hire a taxi.

When to go [edit]

Any time of year. The nature is more beautiful in the rainy season, but dry season will give you more sunny days.
