Anse Cochon beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Anse Cochon is a dark sand beach on the Caribbean coast of
Saint Lucia. Every day four catamarans bring a noisy crowd of package tourists, but they leave in an hour. So this is a quiet and secluded place most of time. Unfortunately, there are beach vendors, but these are not very pushy. Snorkeling (being the main local attraction) is actually rather mediocre, - as well as diving. As for a beach itself, it's totally boring by the island's standards. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is a four-star property with rooms' rates starting from US$150 per night. This is a reasonable price for the service they offer. The only problem is that any additional options are very expensive, - even if you choose an all-inclusive package. So the final bill can be a disappointing surprise for you.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Hewanorra international airport (UVF) or fly to
Castries regional airport (SLU). Next hire a taxi.
