Anse Des Sables beach

Anse Des Sables (aka Sandy beach) is a wild beach right near the main airport of Saint Lucia. This is Atlantic coast, so the wind is strong, water is choppy, and there are a lot of algae ashore (especially in summer). However, this is a great place to spend time waiting for departure of your plane. You can swim, walk along the beautiful coastline, relax under palms or sit in a cheap cafe. Don't miss it!
