Anse Dufour is a "turtle" beach in the south-west of
Martinique island. During the daytime, it's overcrowded with snorkellers searching for turtles (poor creatures), - and sometimes they find. So evening is the only time, when you may get some seclusion. Unfortunately, all cafes are closed after 6 pm, while grocery store may offer only drinks and ice cream. Probably, it's not worth a visit, as the road is hard, and parking is usually full. A little to the north, there is also black sand beach of
Anse Noire. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
