Bachelor's beach

Bachelor's - is a beach near the airport of Bonaire island in the Caribbean. There are no trees, but there are beautiful rocks that give some shadow till noon. The coast sand strip is widest at low tide. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Hotels in the beach area are extremely expensive as elsewhere on the island of Bonaire. However, few relatively low cost accommodation options can be found.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Bonaire International Airport (BON). Next take a taxi or just walk on your own (the beach is located 800 m south of the airport).

When to go [edit]

The weather is good all year round in the southern Caribbean. The rainy season is from October to December. However, even in this period, it rains mostly at night.
