Bacoli beach

Bacoli is the only good beach near Naples, Italy. There is an area protected from the open sea by breakwaters (Lido Miliscola in the west end), as well as a stretch of coast open to the winds (Miseno in the east). During the summer time, there is a crowd everywhere, and the water is polluted. Numerous beach clubs offer rental of sunbeds, bars and good music. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

There are several hotels in Bacoli from US$80 per night. But nobody needs it, as there is a magnificent Naples located just nearby.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Naples international airport (NAP) and get by taxi staying in traffic jam. In fact, it will be better to take a train to any beach located to the north of Naples.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Bacoli is a warm period from July to September.
