Bang Bao beach

Bang Bao is a beach in the Koh Chang island featuring the pier serving many routes to the islands of Koh Kood and Koh Mak. Most of the tourists proudly ignore this beach and relax in the west of Chang. So there are no many people in the Bangbao, while it has same beauliful scenery. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Near the Bangbao beach there are about dozen hotels - from very cheap and to some luxury options, - but all of these have good value for money. It makes sense to stay here even if you don't plan to visit Smaller islands.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Bangkok international airport (BKK). Next get to Trat - by the taxi, or by bus, or by plane. Next take a ferry to the Chang island. Next hire a taxi or take a shuttle minibus.
