Bantoot beach
Ultimate guide (March 2025)
Bantoot is a beach on Indian Ocean coast in Oman. "Unique sugar dunes" are actually quite ordinary. If you want to see real unique dunes, visit Namibia. However, the place is still very good - both for dunes, as well as for beach. Anyway it is worth to stay here for a couple of nights, - nor matter you will stay in a hotel or just in your own tent. Shore and seabed: sand.

Sugar Dunes Beach Resort is a beachfront hotel with rooms' rates starting from US$100 per night. This is relatively good option to stay among great colored sand dunes and right near the ocean.

When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in Oman is spring and autumn. Summer and winter are also good enough, but sea water is cooler. In winter - because it is winter, and in summer - because there are a lot of clouds in the sky.
