Barcelona beaches
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Barcelona may offer a series of five excellent beaches in
El Poblenou district. These are (from south to north)
Nova Icaria,
Bogatell,
Mar Bella,
Nova Mar Bella and
Platja de Llevant, - with the last one including a dog beach. It's a great deal for the city area. Moreover, most of the laid back beaches in Catalonia are not better. Of course, it is best to mix pure beach holiday with evening walking around Barcelona. Shore and seabed: sand.
