Bova Marina beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Bova Marina is a city beach in Southern Calabria notable mainly due to the locals speaking a rare Greek dialect, - since the period of ancient Greece. This miracle looks somewhat unusual in modern Italy, thus attracting many tourists. Second notable attraction are the ruins of an ancient synagogue dated 4 century AD. As for the beach itself, it is pretty good, including many wild areas without crowds of visitors. Shore and seabed: sand, pebble.
