Brandons Beach is a beach being the closest one to the cruise port of
Barbados. This is a nice place, and surprisingly not crowded. Closer to the port, the road runs near the coastline. So it is worth to move a little to the north. By the way, it's also much more trees there. All amenities are limited to a lifeguard tower and a shower. There is no sunbeds for rent. So it is better to visit other parts of the island, if you want a more comfortable holiday. Shore and seabed: sand.

Hotels [edit]
Most of Brandons Beach hotels are located in its north end, which is also known as
Brighton Beach. Rooms' fares start from US$200 per night, that is a usual price tag by the standards of Barbados.
How to get there [edit]
Since the Brandon's Beach can be interesting only for cruise ship passengers, it is clear how to get to Barbados. After getting off the ship, walk 20 minutes to the north or take a taxi for US$10. However, if you prefer to take a taxi, it is worth to reach more interesting beaches.
When to go [edit]
The best time to relax on the beaches of Barbados is a dry season from December to June. However, weather in the rainy season is also quite acceptable most of time.
