Cala Civette is a beach in Tuscany, which is very similiar to the bay of
Cala Violina located nearby. It's not so beautiful, but much less crowded as well. The pine grove is fenced off from the shore, so it is necessary to take your own parasol. There are also no cafes, nor toilet rooms. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
PuntAla Camp & Resort is the nearest accommodation option to Cala Civette. Room's fares start at US$140 per night. It is not cheap, but the service is more like a real hotel, rather than typical camping. In addition, thanks to a good location, you will have access to two different beaches.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Pisa international airport (PSA). Take a train to the Central railway station of Pisa, next take a train to
Follonica. Then get by bus to the stop of
Capanne Civinini, and walk near the coast to the north.
Now it's time to get to the beach of Cala Civette. It is hard, as the way is actually blocked by the campsite. So you'll have to cross the creek (the water reaches the knees) and then climb a little over the rocks.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in Cala Civette is a warm period in the summer half of the year.
