Calafell beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Calafell is a superb beach on the east of Costa Dorada, Spain. It features a lot of palms over the sand. So if you dream of a pure tropical paradise, this is a place for you. However, in all respects, this is a great beach with some aristocratic charm. Total cleanup is made every day, the promenade is beautiful, entry into the water is smooth with occasional sandbanks in the sea, while it's not crowded even in August. And after all of that, all services are reasonably priced with good value for money. In fact, this is a "local" beach with limited number of international tourists, and almost nobody speaks English. So this is a good place for a quiet family vacation. Shore and seabed: sand.
