Capalbio beach

Capalbio is the southernmost beach in Tuscany, - with
Chiarone Scalo village in the south. This is an excellent undeveloped place with good nature, though not the most beautiful in the region. The main tourist attraction is the lake of
Lago di Burano with a lot of birds (except for very hot days). Shore and seabed: sand.

The choice of hotels is very limited in Capalbio, so it is best to book much in advance. Rooms' fares range from US$90 and up to US$4000 per night.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to Rome - airports of
Fiumicino (FCO) or
Ciampino (CIA). Take a train to the station of
Capalbio or
Chiarone Scalo and walk about 5 minutes to the sea.
