Capo Vaticano beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Capo Vaticano is a popular coastal area in Calabria, Italy. There are three beaches within a walking distance from each other.
Praia Focu is a beautiful secluded cove in the rocks to the north.
Grotticelle is the famous beach of Calabria attracting a lot of visitors to Capo Vaticano. In fact, it is not better than other beaches nearby, but small and overcrowded.
Santa Maria is similar to Grotticelle, but much longer, and is the most comfortable. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
