Cattolica beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Cattolica is the southernmost beach in Emilia-Romagna region, Italy. Technically, this is a good beach. The sand is smooth with beautiful view of the mountains to the south. While breakwaters protect from strong waves. Unfortunately, there are a million of rental sunbeds. It's like that almost everywhere - except for occasional free areas. So the place is extremely overcrowded during the high season. Shore and seabed: sand.
