Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Cayo Coco are the islands with great beaches near the northern coast of
Cuba. The best island is called
Cayo Guillermo (in the west part of Cayo Coco archipelago).
Playa Pilar beach in the extreme western part of Cayo Guillermo is the best beach in Cayo Coco. Cayo Coco is a tourist area, proposed mostly for foreigners. However, unlike Varadero there are no much hotels here, and beaches are more secluded. Shore and seabed: sand.
