Cayo Playa Mero is a beach in Venezuela with the least number of people by the standards of
Morrocoy. There is a lot of space with palms, as well as mangroves. The water is calm and clear with excellent snorkeling. However, there are also large areas with seagrass in the water. You may rent a parasol and sun loungers, or buy some snacks in cafe. Shore and seabed: sand.

In Cayo Playa Mero, there are no hotels, nor campsite. So you will have to spend a night on the mainland - in Tucacas.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Caracas international airport (CCS) and get by bus to Tucacas (via Puerto Cabello). Next take a boat to Cayo Playa Mero.
