Charlestown Bay beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Charlestown Bay is a large beach on the Caribbean coast of
Canouan island, Grenadines. The north end of the bay features Tamarind hotel with palms and sunbeds. But as a whole, this is an ordinary local beach being more suitable for walking along the coastline. Snorkeling is not very good in all areas. But as for a pure beach holiday, this is a great place. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
Tamarind Beach Hotel is an excellent four-star resort with rooms' rates about US$300 per night. However, it is poorly presented in the online booking systems. Probably, this is the reason why, there are usually just a few people here (even in the high season).
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Saint Vincent international airport (SVD) or fly to
Barbados international airport (BGI). Next fly to
Canouan island airport (CIW).
When to go [edit]
