Churchill beach

Churchill is an excellent hotel beach on the island of Grand Bahama. There are palms, white sand, smooth entry into the water and a good resort's amenities. Though palms are not quite numerous, it's quite Ok by the standards of Bahamas. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach is a three-star resort with rooms' fares starting from US$250 per night, working on an "all inclusive" basis. There are a lot of complaints both to the service and to the food, but in any case, for such money you may get a budget hotel only in the Bahamas.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Freeport international airport (FPO) or take a ferry from Fort Lauderdale to Grand Bahama. Next hire a taxi.

When to go [edit]

On the beaches of Bahamas, you can have a good vacation any time of year. There is no rain in winter, but sea water is warmer in summer.
