Coco beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Coco beach (Oyster Bay) is the central beach in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Sea water is dirty, and it becomes very shallow during the low tide. However, this is a cozy place with palms, white sand and funny local crowd. Women are not recommended to swim in bikini, as this is the usual urban beach in a traditional Muslim region. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
