Coconut Lagoon beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Coconut Lagoon is a hotel beach in the south-east of
Lang Tengah island, Malaysia. The beach is nice. But it's very small - with a lot of garbage. It looks like, that the staff never clean up the beach. As for the good news, there is a wild "turtle" beach nearby - called
Lang Tengah Turtle Watch. It is much more beautiful, and totally secluded. You can walk there in five minutes via the jungle hill. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
D'Coconut Lagoon is a three star hotel with a swimming pool. Both the grounds, as well as the rooms are in very poor condition. It makes sense to stay here only in case of significant discounts.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Kuala Lumpur international airport (KUL). Next get by domestic flight to
Kota Terengganu airport (TGG). Then get by taxi to the pier of
Kampung Penarik town, and get by speedboat to Lang Tengah island.
Attention! You should always ask your hotel about transfer options, as well as to book boat in advance for exact time and exact pier.
