Cocoon Maldives island
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Cocoon Maldives is an island in the atoll of
Lhaviyani, Maldives. In general, the beaches are superb - with white sand, palms and clear water. But there are some downsides as well. First: Entry into the water is rocky almost everywhere, thus being very uncomfortable. Second: The home reef is located far from the island, so it is not possible to snorkel from the coastline. However, most Maldivian islands have similar problems, and these can hardly be considered to be very critical. Shore: sand. Seabed: sand, coral chips.

Hotels [edit]
Cocoon Maldives is a new (opened 2016) five-star resort with rooms' rates starting from US$300 per night. The service is not perfect, but value for money is great anyway. When the price will grow up in the future, it will be better to find some other hotel.
