Colva beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Colva is an iconic beach in the Central Goa, famous since the 70s of the last century. The key feature are many pictersque palms. Once get here, you immediately understand, that this is what you need. The bad news are that the beach backside has been heavily developed. In addition, there are a lot of tourists - both international and domestic. However, if you walk a little to the left or to the right, you will get a complete seclusion. Sea water is shallow, so there are no strong waves. Shore and seabed: sand.
