Daytona Beach

Beach hotels in Daytona are generally rather cheap. The other side of the Halifax River (on the mainland) has even more extremely cheap rooms for rental (by American standards).

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Orlando International Airport (MCO). You may get by bus directly from the airport to Daytona Beach. The main bus companies working at this route are Greyhound, VoTran and Daytona Orlando Transit Services (DOTS). The journay will take one hour per way.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a holiday in Daytona Beach is a warm season from May to October. As for the winter, there is no much rain, but the sea water is too cold.
