Dedap is a beach in the northwest of Kapas Island, Malaysia. In fact, these are two different beaches connected to by a small wooden bridge. There is Qimi Hotel in the south. While the northern beach is almost wild. Anyway it is beautiful everywhere and not crowded. There are scenic tropical views ashore. While swimming and snorkeling are great. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Qimi Chalet is a hotel with beautiful wooden bungalows. Rooms are a slightly outdated. However, almost private beach and great service make this place to be a great choice on the whole Kapas island. A little further to the north - on the major wild beach, there are also few campsites hidden in the jungle.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Kuala Lumpur international airport (KUL). Next get by domestic flight to
Kota Terengganu airport (TGG). Then get by taxi to the pier of
Marang town, and get by speedboat to Kapas island.
Attention! You should always ask your hotel about transfer options, as well as to book boat in advance for exact time and exact pier.
