Del Mar beach

Del Mar is a popular family resort in the northern suburbs of San Diego, USA. The city beach is cozy - especially near the Powerhouse Park focused on picnics and sunsets. There is a railway with trains running several times per hour. The coastal sand is not the best, but it's quite Ok anyway. How to get there [edit]

Fly to San Diego international airport (SAN). Then take a taxi or get by the rental car. In the latter case, keep in mind that beach parking has never free space (local residents don't meet such problems).
