Dongtou beach

Dongtou is a wild beach being closest one to Yangxi town in China. There is a great pine forest along the whole coastline. So you can easily find a shaded spot under the trees. There is all necessary tourist amenities - including cafes and lifeguard towers. However, if you walk to the left or to the right, you will find a wild coast almost without a living soul. When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in the south-west of China is April and October-November. The main problem is that the summer is a rainy season (from May to September), while it is too cold in winter (from December to March).
