El Gleaa beach
Ultimate guide (February 2025)
El Gleaa is a wild beach in continental Tunisia. These are several sandy areas separated by rocks. While in the north, there is a mountain with scenic views around. This is a popular spot both for a pure beach holiday, as well as for hiking. Coastal vegetation is poor. But sandy shallows with clear water look fascinating. It is best to get here by 4WD vehicle. Or it is also possible to get here from neighboring Shiri IRIS beach: by boat, or walking along the water's edge, or walking along the coastal hiking trail. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
