Embudu Village is a 3-stars island hotel near the airport of Maldives,
South Male atoll. This is a typical Maldivian midsized resort - with lush vegetation and a sandspit. Near the coast there is a reef with good snorkelling. Shore and seabed: sand.

Hotels [edit]
Embudu Village is mediocre hotel by the Maldivian standards, and it's the real three stars in all aspects. Water bungalows are not very good, so it is best to choose the ground accommodation.
Recent years many international reservation systems stopped bookings for this hotel due to the frequent complaints from visitors. So the best is to find a similar hotel nearby, for example:
Biyadhoo or
Fihalhohi.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Male international airport (MLE). Hotel's speadboat to the airport doesn't run often. So in many cases you'll have to wain a lot for the boat, though the island is located not far from the airport.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a holiday on the beaches of Maldives is a dry season from January to April.
