Eriyadu island

Eriyadu is a small island in North Male (up) Atoll, Maldives. The beaches are good, but coastal vegetation is rather poor, the bottom has a lot of broken corals, and the water is shallow. Around the island there is a reef with good snorkelling, and there are no waves in the lagoon. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Eriyadu Island Resort & Spa is a 4-star property with room's rates from US$300 per night. This is a very good price, but the hotel is more like a 3-stars. Anyway this is a budget option with a good value for money.

You should be ready for some unpleasant surprises. For example, drinking water is not for free, even if you order Full Board meal plan. Duplex bungalows features noise from the neighbouring room. There are also complaints about the service.

Fly to Male international airport (MLE). Next take a hotel's speedboat (50 minutes per way, transfer fee for the round trip is US$165 per adult, US$80 per child).
