Ultimate guide (December 2024)

Hotels [edit]
Hotel Failaka Heritage Village is the only hotel on the island. The government has big plans for developing the island. It will be very sad, as there are not so many secluded places left in the Persian Gulf.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Kuwait international airport (KWI). Next take a taxi or get by bus to
Ras Al Ard marina, and take a ferry (one hour per way). The cost for the roud trip is about US$30.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in Kuwait is a warm summer half of the year. But for excursions it is better to choose the winter time.
