Famagusta beach

Famagusta is a popular beach resort town in the southeast of Northern Cyprus. The best beach area is also known as Palm Beach. The beach is good, with comfortable swimming and snorkelling opportunities over the house reef. There is a sunbeds rental, cafe, paid showers and free toilet. Unfortunately, there is a lot of garbage everywhere, - quite like everywhere in Famagusta. In addition, some high rise buildings are still abandoned, - thus looking rather depressing.
