Follonica beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Follonica is a major town by the sea in Tuscany. About 200 meters from the coast, there are breakwaters appearing at low tide and thus spoiling the view to the sea. This is mainly a destination for the domestic tourism, as the city is not very interesting for international visitors. The main attraction is
Torre Mozza - a castle by the beach, located in the northern suburbs of Follonica. Shore and seabed: sand.
