Frigole is an uncrowded beach on the Adriatic coast of Apulia, Italy. In the south, there is an old tower called
Torre Veneri. A little to the north, there is a beach club of
Molo 13, further north -
Lido Smeraldo, more to the north -
Lido Enea, and many other commercial areas. The north end of the coast is notable for schools of kite-surfing. It has a positive vibe. So even if you are just going to swim, you will like it. By the way, it is really often windy here. This is disappointing, but at least there are occasional shallows ashore giving some possibilities for comfortable swimming. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
