Grand Anse is the longest beach on the Caribbean coast of
Grenada. It's pretty nice with white sand, smooth entry into the water, good snorkeling, lack of algae and a lot of shade. However, there are some disadvantages as well. First, it can be crowded, when a cruise ship is in the port. Second, beach vendors are sticky enough (fortunately, these are controlled by the police). Third, there are almost no palms, but trees only. But anyway, this is a great place to spend at least few days. Shore and seabed: sand.
