Havoddaa island
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Havoddaa is a private island in the west of
Gaafu atoll, Maldives. Everything is relatively nice ashore, while snorkeling on the house reef is superb. There is almost no a living soul on the beach, even when the hotel is full. The main problem of this island is coastal erosion. So there are a lot of sandbags everywhere. It's not a great problem. But anyway it looks strange for a premium destination. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
