Ilet Caret island
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Ilet Caret is a tiny islet to the northeast of Basse Terre island
in Guadeloupe. In a better times, there were many palms, but as for now there is not a single tree. So in fact, it’s just a sandbank with mediocre snorkelling. As the place is overcrowded, and the tours are expensive, - there's nothing to do here! Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
