Campeche is a small "paradise island" near the island of Santa Catarina in Brazil. The only beach is beautiful - with white sand, huge rocks and clear water. There are no hotels on Campeche Island. The nearest hotels can be found nearby - in Campeche village of Florianopolis.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Florianopolis international airport (FLN). Then take a taxi to Campeche beach (Praia do Campeche) and follow by boat taxi. It is also possible to get to Campeche island from other beaches, but you will spend much more time in choppy ocean suffering from seasick.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Florianopolis is a warm period from December to March, as this is the only time when sea water is warm enough.
