Intercontinental is a hotel on the island of
Moorea, French Polynesia. The beaches are pretty good, especially area near the main pool. Unfortunately, the sea bottom is sandy, but not very comfortable due to algae and silt. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

InterContinental Moorea Resort & Spa is a four-star property with the cost of the room starting from US$300 per night. If you need real overwater bungalows, try some other resort, as those semiwater villas are more like an ordinary beach bungalows.

Fly to
Tahiti International Airport (PPT). Next fly to
Moorea airport (MOZ) or take a
ferry (US$15, 50 minutes per way). Next take a taxi.
