Isla Larga island
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Isla Larga is a small islet with an excellent beach, located near the mainland Venezuela. The coast is almost perfect - with white sand, calm clear water and a lot of trees (no palms). Ship wreck is a great snorkelling and diving spot - right near the coastline. As for the downsides, it is worth to mention that, there are always a lot of mosquitoes, while the beach becomes overcrowded by the locals during the weekends. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
