Jansom Bay beach

Jansom Bay is a small hotel's beach on the west of Koh Tao island in Thailand. There are palms and cozy area with sun loungers ashore, while the beautiful bay features funky bamboo rafts. It is the most picturesque beach of Koh Tao, and many canonical island's photos were made here. The swimming and snorkeling are very comfortable as well. Entrance fee is 200 baht. Charm Churee Village is a nice resort with minimum rooms' fares starting from US$50 per night. However, to get that price, you will have to book much in advance, or wait for sales.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Bangkok international airport (BKK). Next get to Koh Tao by Lomprayah catamaran. Please note, that a way from Bangkok to Chumphon you will get by bus anyway. Next hire a taxi, or walk 20 minutes on your own from the main pier of Koh-Tao.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Jansom Bay of Koh Tao island is a the dry season from late December to September.
