Jekyll Island is a popular tourist destination near Brunswick town in Georgia, USA. Once upon a time, it was an island of millionaires. But as for now, it's just a resort with beautiful historical buildings. The south end of the island has the best ocean beaches. While in the northeast, there is an iconic
Driftwood Beach with spectacular snags. As for the inner lagoon,
St. Andrew's beach is pretty nice. The water is calm, but muddy with bad bottom. Shore and seabed: sand.
