Kagi island

Kagi is a private island resort in the north of North Male atoll, Maldives. The island is beautiful and manicured. Unfortunately, it is small, while almost entire east coast is covered with stones. So there are not many real beaches. However, there is still enough space for everybody. House reef is good for snorkeling only. But as for diving, there are almost no good spots. Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa is a five-star hotel with rooms' rates starting from US$1300 per night. Resort itself is good enough for the money. Unfortunately, their beach is rather mediocre by the Maldivian standards.

Fly to Maldives international airport (MLE). Next get by the resort's speedboat.

When to go [edit]

You can relax any time of year in the Maldives. But the best is a winter half of the year.
