Kamalame Cay beach

Kamalame Cay is a beach on the east of Andros Island, Bahamas. In fact, it is a private islet with long coastline. The beach is better in the south - with picturesque palms and without algae. Anyway, this is a great exclusive destination being one of the best on Andros. It is possible to get here by boat, only if you have a hotel reservation. Fly to Nassau international airport (NAS). Next make a domestic flight to South Andros Airport (TZN), or fly to San Andros airport (SAQ), or fly to Andros Town airport (ASD).

When to go [edit]

The best time to travel to Andros island is a dry season in the winter half of the year. However, the summer is also good. Since sea water is much warmer, and there are no crowds of tourists.
