Kanuhura island

Kanuhura is a private island in the atoll of Lhaviyani, Maldives. This is a perfect tropical escape being a true paradise with palms and white sand. The north of the island has a large sandbank, while two small uninhabited islets can be found a little further to the north. Kanuhura is a five-star hotel with rooms' rates starting from US$500 per night. However, in most cases, fares are much higher, so value for money is not so good.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Maldives international airport (MLE). Next fly to Kanuhura island by seaplane during 40 minutes, - US$550 adult fare for the return, US$330 child fare up to 12 years old, free for infants up to 2 years old.

The best time for a holiday on the beaches of Kanuhura island is a dry period from January to April.
